Engineering the World Summit 2026

A very enjoyable and inspiring participation at the Engineering the World Summit 2026 in Athens, discussing the digital transformation of shipping alongside professionals, entrepreneurs and young innovators from different industries.

Our Director, Konstantinos Terzis, joined the discussion on the practical realities, challenges and opportunities behind the industry’s transition towards smarter, more connected and technology-driven operations, while also highlighting the continuing importance of the Human Element within this transformation.

It was particularly encouraging to see the strong interest and active participation of students and young professionals engaging with the future of the maritime industry and the evolving relationship between technology and traditional sectors.
