Earlier this month, we had the privilege of organizing a Learning & Development Conference for our seafarers in the vibrant city of Batumi, Georgia.

Bringing together officers and crew members from across our fleet, the conference served as a platform for open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development. Through a series of engaging sessions and discussions, we focused on enhancing onboard performance, safety culture, and leadership at sea — all essential pillars of our operations.

Of course, the experience was made even more memorable by the warm hospitality and stunning coastal views of sunny Batumi, which offered the perfect backdrop for connection and reflection.
